MEDITATION

Doing meditation is must for all

If you are not doing meditation, then you are really missing something. By one excuse or the other you may tend to assess the process of doing meditation as a trivial optional process and is matter of your own choice whether to do or not to do. It is not so. Doing meditation is a must to keep a healthy mind and body that can live for long. It is also not a process which can be accomplished by following some simple rituals. It is a scientific process which was realised by our spiritual teachers long back. The techniques of doing meditation are to be understood carefully and followed. Please invest some time to understand what meditation is and how it is inevitable for your life, if you want to lead a peaceful and focused life.

There are many misconceptions about doing meditation. Many people connect it with religion. In every religion, there is some kind of meditation, because it was always understood by all great people who propagated religion about the benefits of doing meditation. From that point of view, meditation is universal irrespective of caste, creed and religion.

Meditation does not prescribe to remain away from society

There is a concept within many that for doing meditation one has to be detached from the society leading an isolated life focused within. It is far from truth. For doing meditation, neither one need to be disassociated from the realities of life nor anyone has to live in isolation.

For that matter the very word spiritualism need not be understood as something that tells us to be away from the society. It is a process of understanding and realizing the potential strength lying within human being and to bring it to the surface cleansing the garbage that has covered the real strength.

Meditation is an internal process

Meditation is a process by which one can reach the inner core of one’s own self. By this process one is able to let off and cleanse the data accumulated within the mind creating stress and strain in one’s life. It helps to bring the disarrayed mind which is fluctuating haywire to its normal position. The mind starts vibrating at a frequency that is normal for a human being. It brings peace and tranquillity within the mind of a person shedding the garbage of unnecessary data.

In the process of doing meditation, one stops the entry of unnecessary data within the mind and gets some of the data cleared from the mind. It helps the brain to function at a frequency that is beneficial and normal to the human beings. Also being free from unnecessary data from the mind one can realize his inner potential and his true self becomes apparent to him.

Meditation is not merely meant for serious people

Meditation is not for serious people as it is assumed to be. Every human being that thrives in the nature can and should do meditation to keep him free from stress and strain by repairing himself every day. Like a machine or a vehicle, there is a requirement that one takes care of his own self by balancing the input and output within the physical body or the mental body.

The input in the mental body is enormous in the form of thoughts and related data being acquired by the mind continuously since the inception of a human being in this world. This has to be balanced by cleansing unnecessary data to remain happy and thrive like nature. It is a natural process that has to be followed to remain in consonance with the nature to which we belong.

Meditation tends to restore our original state

Meditation is a process by which we come back and get aligned to our original existence. Originally we belong to the universe and we are happy and peaceful when we resonate with it. The complexities of life creates so much of burden of data within us that we get deflected from that and start behaving differently from our original being. Unfortunately, we do not find time to resonate with the nature and the universe to keep us happy and peaceful. Meditation gives us that opportunity by bringing us back to our natural state thereby allowing us to resonate with the universe. We must find time to do so if we want remain happy.

Meditation nurtures and develops our inner potential

Meditation helps us to discover our true potential. When the cluttered things within us are cleared we can see through and feel our true self. By discovering our inner potential and by acquiring the strength within we may nourish and develop our potential to justify the gift of the creator bestowed within us. At the same time a clean mind becomes more focused on the goals and actions desired for success in life. Meditation helps us in doing so.We become more confident, clear in perception and focused on the objectives that we need to accomplish. A cluttered mind create so much of noise within the mind and brain that creates a chain reaction within, affecting our mental body and physical body thereby taking us further away from being focused and creative in our every day activity.

Meditation gives us the strength to be the best remaining in the society

Meditation does not tell us to leave the society. Rather it allows us to garner more strength to face the problems of the society. We are created for being best but we are lost in the path midway being burdened by the data accumulated in the society thereby losing our focus on the desired path to go ahead. By doing meditation we may not only be able to discover and realize our potential, it allows us to be more focused on our action to make us the best in whatever activity we are involved in this life.

Every human being is born with potential to be the best. It matters how much he can realize his inner potential, develop it to be the best and can ultimately reach his desired goal of life. Even if we cannot always remove the sufferings of life, meditation gives us strength to face those with courage and conviction.

Doing meditation involves simple steps not mechanical but mental

The steps of doing meditation are simple. It is not at all difficult but requires practice and continuity. It becomes difficult when one starts perceiving that it is a mechanical process. It is nothing physical. It is a mental process. The physical activities if any involved within it is to make the mental process more active.

While doing meditation one is not to do anything but only has to feel certain things mentally thereby bringing some changes in the mind and brain ultimately affecting the frequency at which we are thriving in this world. When we are in frequency with the universe we are at our best. Meditation helps us to reach that state giving us utmost peace and tranquillity. Being unnatural is not in the domain of meditation.

It is a process that renders us to be near perfect closer to the nature and the universe. It is difficult to be natural and simple because we are handcuffed by the unnatural complexities of life. Every day we have to break those handcuffs and have to thrive with the universe to bring us to normality that makes us happy and peaceful.

Doing meditation drives our system to its peak to get the best out of our own existence

Meditation is a process by which we rediscover our own existence every day. We try to reach to the best state of our own existence. In this process we nourish our own inherent qualities on the surface and develop it to its best.

There is no bias in the mind of creator. Within every human being, there is potential deeply buried within. By cleaning the surface of our inner self we stimulate those potential and grow it further to its best.

Meditation is not meant for achieving something magical

Meditation should not be assumed to be an instrument of achieving some out of the world magical capacities. Even if we can live as a normal human being, who is happy peaceful and focused on his activities of day today life, it’s enough. This is not a process of developing some unnatural power; rather it is a process of achieving the most natural state of our being devoid of complexities. Our true inner self is simple but powerful which gets lost in the turmoil of the society. Even if we can reach that true self, we shall transform ourselves to spectacular level of existence.
